Brunswick location was hard to get into. I went online and checked in. It said 30 minutes. I had a 15 minute drive there BUT when I got there the board said 45 minutes!!! What the heck!I left and went somewhere else!

This review is specifically for the location at Buehlers Plaza in Medina Ohio. I used to get a good haircut at every great clips, a few flaws but recently the whole staff at this location has changed and I have had the two worse cuts I have ever had. Not one single hair is close to the same length. I have to fix myself because I do not trust that location.

I like to go because I like and respect the lady who cuts my hair. Her name is Tabitha, and this is why I respect her. I visited during the pandemic. Cutting hair is her 2nd job. She works nights as a nurse in a senior care facility. She told me that she always wears a mask, and will continue to wear a mask when they are no longer required, because she wants to protect the seniors she cares for at night. What a nice person!
