I’m very displeased with the haircut I recently received Nov. 2022. Amateur stylist with no true vision of requested haircut. Stylist was provided with 4 images (front, back and side views).

Critical: QualityI feel really bad for leaving a poor review because the lady who cut my daughter’s hair was very sweet and friendly, but the haircut is just awful. My daughter sat entirely still the while time, so the cut can’t be blamed on her moving. I’m sorry to say I’ve never seen such a poor haircut in my life. My daughter sat entirely still the while time, so the cut can’t be blamed on her moving. I’m sorry to say I’ve never seen such a poor haircut in my life. Wasn’t happy the day I left but figured eh it is what is. Now that it’s been a while I’ll just put it out there . This is one of the worst places I’ve been to for my hair. Yes I have psoriasis was it built up yup, most shampoos cause it to flare up. I didn’t need two hairstylist to come over and look at let alone the one announce its not lice. That was uncalled for, my hair also knots up easily. It wasn’t brushed completely (I needed the back of it more than the sides) because again another stylist came over and said it’s been x amount of time either pay more or get out. The hair shampoo I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s $ tree shampoo. It itched and broke my scalp open. I’ve washed it at least three times and the itching and falling will not go away. Needless to say I won’t be back here ever again.

The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because I have gone there and got a decent haircut before (nothing to write home about, but decent). This time I should have took the time to walk to the other place down the street. I went before work, and in my rush didn’t really get to look to closely at my hair while there. I could already tell she didn’t get the hard part on the one side to seperate my short from my longer hair. After work at first glance in the mirror I see a bunch of non-cut hair where the hard part should have been, then looking further back I see some pretty butchered areas where the hard part was attempted. I had to cut down a good portion of my hair to fix it, but even so she seemed to have some awful unevenness to the short shaved parts (down to 3, but some areas by the looked way shorter). My hair grows fast and it will be ok soon enough but it just looks bad now, I have done much better jobs cutting my hair myself. I would not recommend this shop to anyone after today.

Gave this place one last shot for redemption. They ultimately failed. I regret tipping 10$. I’m too nice I guess. Going somewhere else to get it fixed. Seriously please don’t go here. Most of the good people are gone now, probably working somewhere better.

We went ahead of my daughter’s hair done and it didn’t turn out quite as expected so I called the next day and they were happy to accommodate us to come right back in and have it redone for free. We didn’t even have to wait in line we were put first on the waiting list 🙂
