Went in and asked for a hair trim ($8.00). Wanted bare minimum cut off all around just to clean up my hair. Cut my hair and left parts at different lengths, completely forgetting to trim the sides of my hair leaving everything uneven. Then after completion, they charged me for a full haircut ($17.00) even though I made it clear I wanted a trim.

My son went to get a hair cut. He had a coupon. He said e wanted his hair cut. They trimed the back and left the rest. He looks the same. Then they charged him the full price not the coupon price. I’m not happy at all.

It is 9:11am right now I’m here for an interview, no one is here. My interview was for 9:00 I tried to call no one answered. Not good for a manager to make interviews and not keep them says a lot about this salon oh by the way been doing hair for 24 yrs

I asked the stylist to cut an inch off my hair, after letting it grow for months, and it was past my shoulders. When she was done, my hair was right below my ears, at least 4 inches shorter than what I asked for. I told her it was too short, and she offered no explanation or apology. I will never come here again and would not recommend it.
