The people are incredibly nice there, giving it such a low rating because I came in for a trim with very long hair. I left with significantly shorter hair at least 3-4 inches and choppy layers. Went back and got it fixed but they ended up taking off even more of my hair. I can’t even put in a bun without all my hairs sticking out (for reference I usually have to twist it around 2 -3 times to get all my hair in a bun) I’m not someone that complains, but what happened was absolutely not okay. I have never regretted going to get my hair trimmed more in my life. This experience has actually made me not want to go to any hair stylist ever again. I genuinely feel like I cannot trust anyone to cut long hair, they always cut it off to a comfortable length for them to work with. I understand the length my hair used to be is hard to work with and hardly anyone can cut long hair correctly. If you do not feel like you can do what is asked for, just be honest, I would rather have someone that’s confident than someone who thinks they can or is just doing it because they feel like they have to. I love my long hair and want to leave with what I said I want. I’m extremely upset with the service I received, I did not ask for this much hair to be taken off.

This hair salon is small but clean. You can book an appointment online or via their app. Waiting time for walk-in might be long depending on the time. Price is around $17 or above for adult hair cut. Sometimes you can find $2 off coupons at their website or local ad papers. The stylist was friendly. She listened to what I wanted and provided her advice too. The cutting was quick but I am not very impressed by the result. It wasn’t bad. But if you are not a big fan of the uneven cut, or “the natural cut”, tell them specifically.

Always rushed and always have to touch up at home. Basic cuts are now $18 for 10 minutes. Better value for a cleaner job at the barber. But, it’s convenient as long as you get on the wait list.

I took my 4 year old in for a simple trim… Even up the back, spike the top. Stylist was moving very quick, didn’t show or explain anything to me son… I get it, you want to move fast with kids. But as she gets around his ears, he flinches. She says “hold still so we can be done!” Ok, no big deal. Then as we finish, she asks me “has he always had this bald spot?” Ummm, NO! She said it was there when she started and it happens a lot with kids. Pretty sure I’d notice a giant bald spot on my child’s head! I said it was not like that before, no offer to try and blend or fix it. I brought him home and held our clippers up to it, the exact same width… If you chop my kid’s hair, at least tell me! Kids move, I get it, accidents happen. But don’t deny it. Had to shave the whole back and sides, couldn’t even it up. Nothing like your child looking in the mirror and crying saying “I’m ugly now”.

Hairstylist pressured me into getting layers today after I specifically told her that I’ve had bad experiences with layers. Got home and my hair looks stupid. I understand I have breakage but now I have this bizarre layer that sticks out with the rest of my hair laying flat underneath. Thanks a lot !!! Haircut

Husband arrived on Saturday 5/14/22 at 5:40 – they close at 6 pm. Three stylists there; one was vacuuming. No customers in store. He was told 6 people were booked in on-line but hadn’t arrived yet so they weren’t taking any one else. What? My husband’s hair takes approximately 5 minutes to cut. Went to Sport Clips & he has a great looking haircut & it’s only 6:02 pm. Will be returning to Sport Clips from now on.
