Like the online check-in and the ability to get in and out quickly. However, prices have not only increased (I understand that inflation is real) but a woman’s neck trim is being priced as a full haircut. Being in the stylist chair for 6 minutes for a buzz vs 45 minutes for an actual haircut (my personal experience) should be two different prices. Believe me, I know cutting my hair is a process, and I will gladly pay the price as well as give a handsome tip! I’m getting a bit irked though, that a quick razor trim is costing me ~$19, especially when it seems that other chunks of hair are getting cut in the back (end up finding those as I shower afterwards). If I were paying the $7 for a neck trim, I’d be less bothered that there was minimal care taken, because it’s quick and cheap. The gals here are perfectly pleasant, but the up-charging of sorts is a bit unnecessary.

I came in asking for curtain bangs and they did not do it the way j wanted them to and maybe I am just not used to it but it doesn’t look right. They also said I needed a trim and after I said I have to brush my hair wet because it’s curly, they started brushing from the top to the bottom basically ripping my hair out and then cut it when it was all frizzy causing my hair to have split ends. They also told me that I have to use heat on my hair to get the curtain bangs to look right even though I can’t use heat on my hair because it’s curly. I am really disappointed and I am not coming back again.

Krissy cuts my mom’s, mine, and my kids’ hair, and we just adore her! High point is a larger space than the one in Hudson we went to, and we followed Krissy there. They are efficient and the space is super clean and Krissy (the manager) is wonderful! Highly recommended . Haircut

Always just so torn about this place. It really comes down to which stylists are working. Majority of them are good but every once in a while I’ll have to come home and touch up because they missed several spots and you can’t see it when you’re sitting in a chair 10 ft from the mirror.

Checked in online when wait was 5 minutes. Was greeted by her and she then asked for my address. Told the gal I wasn’t interested in giving my address. She followed up it was because covid, I followed up with I don’t want to give you my address. She said ok and she needed to clean her station then disappears with the other worker there for 15 minutes with no one but me in the salon. Will never go back there. You are better off finding a better place that actually wants to take your money to provide a haircut. Who needs your address and personal information for a haircut?
