Not once have I gone to this place and gotten a good haircut. All these stylists rush through people to get it done at the expense of quality. I expressed that I had an interview this coming week and suggested that the stylist go through my hair a few times due to the thickness. Instead, she gave me an incredibly quick half-hearted job and swiped directly through my sideburns while doing my ears. Absolutely ridiculous.

The staff here are friendly and make you feel good about your hair. They also use good serums and leave in conditioners on the hair while cutting and that makes a lot of difference. Great clips is good for shorter hair cuts. I wanted to keep my hair longer with some layers and they cut beautifully. But the layers are not that spectacular. I would have given a 5/5 otherwise.

I’ve been going to this Great Clips for years. I worked not too far from there. I went to the location closer to my house and they cut my hair lopsided and didn’t listen to what I asked for. I now drive back to this location to get better service. I won’t cheat on the Chapel Hill location again!!

Every Great clips is a different experience and I havent had memorable high quality service the last several times at other locations. But this location in Cuyahoga falls with Miranda was wonderful! She was personable, kind, social and had a great personality and performed skillful, quick, high quality work and in a very timely manner!? It was such a pleasant surprise! I didnt feel rushed and wasn’t sure if I would be able to get my hair cut today before another night in the long dark of Moria… I mean a nursing facility lol. I also look hotter now! .. and am ready to be presentable for beautiful women again, thank Allah, bless-ed be his name! So if that sounds like what you would want, I would implore you to drive the distance if youre anywhere in Ohio lol. She is worthy of her wages and even more.❤☺
