Critical: QualityI just went there this evening. I usually go to Wadsworth locations (and have good cuts) as they are closer but both were very busy tonight so I stopped at the Norton location. I just needed.l a Quick trim with a 2 fade leaving the top longer as I normally do. I was the only customer so they weren’t busy but it all felt rushed. She immediately took a 2 guard high up the sides and back which left really no room to fade. I told her that was “too high” and to leave the rest of the hair on the sides a little longer because my head looks odd rounded and more hair on the sides helps to square it out. She then just took the 2 higher not listening. She acknowledged the mistake which was nice but didn’t communicate well at all the entire time. You can’t really fix my hair being too short I just have to let it grow back. Would have been nice to have the cut comped because it doesn’t look good at all. She gave me a $2 discount (12.5%) which seems like nothing considering you can’t fix this. I would hope next time the stylist takes less off and asks questions first. You can always take more off but can’t put it back. I’ll stick to other locations…Service: HairstylingI just went there this evening. I just went there this evening. I usually go to Wadsworth locations (and have good cuts) as they are closer but both were very busy tonight so I stopped at the Norton location.
