I just started going to this location because the girl who’d been doing my hair for several years retired. I actually got the stylist’s name via Facebook in a neighborhood page. Critical: ProfessionalismCame in for a cut, and there were other customers there. No problem. I have time. I stand at the counter for about 10 minutes and get looked at by both employees working, and they continue with what they’re doing. Another customer walks in and stands behind me at the counter and an employee immediately comes over, looks right past me and checks the other customer in immediately. Extremely poor service. If I could give the Aurora establishment a 0 star, I would. Have never had issues at any other great clips before. Always courteous even when busy. Always very clean and welcoming. I’ve always had a good experience in this salon with myself, and the other stylists always are very sweet with my five year old son. Parking is very convenient and has a crosswalk with a stop sign to the front door. Super clean restroom!

I hate getting my hair cut, it’s so “final” if they mess up. Morgan has cut my hair about four times now and I’ve always been very satisfied. All of the girls who work at this shop are very polite and nice, you’re always greeted when you come in, and registered. They are usually quite busy which is a good sign, as are the number if apparently repeat customers. If you want to be pampered with the head massage shampoo conditioner Etc this is not the place to go. But if you just want a trim or haircut and you’re in a hurry and you don’t want to spend a lot of money it’s perfect.
