Absolutely do NOT go here unless you are a guy getting a regular haircut. I never have to get a haircut for an entire Year do to their screw up won’t ever go there. Arrived 15 minutes prior to the store opening. About 5 minutes till, the employees arrived and went inside. At 9:00 I went inside and got checked in. I was told by the two employees that the heat was not working. The girl named Carolyn took me back and started cutting my hair with her jacket on. Kept complaining about how cold it was inside. Apparently she did not pay attention to the notes from my last visit and started to cut my hair too short. She said I cannot cut here wearing my jacket and took it off. In the meantime my hair is now too short. I left the store and contacted customer service to let them know and was contacted by a store manager. She apologized and said she will speak to the person in question and that was it. No offer for a discount or a free haircut next time. I thought the whole purpose of taking notes in their system was to get the hairstyle that you want and like last time. I will never go back to Great Clips again

There is a closer Great Clips to us but we tried the Broadview Heights one simply because there was no wait time. My 6 year old son typically dislikes haircuts because he says they make him itchy. He told the Great Clips stylist this, and she said she could help by making the neck of his cape tighter and using lots of powder. It worked! On the way home he asked if we could always go to this location because he isn’t afraid of haircuts anymore. 🙂 Mama is happy.

I haven’t had a haircut in over a year. Walked in Great Clips today. No appointment needed. My stylists name is Rocio. She gave me the best cut and style. I’m used to going to the more “upscale” salon. Was in real need of a style. And it takes forever to make an appointment. I will continue to see Rocio at Great Clips from now on.. 5 rating from me..
