Very very GREAT workers here Very friendly very comfortable environment. I went and took my son to get a haircut last week this woman was amazing she did a very fantastic job. By far she was my favorite and did every detail that my son wanted on his hair between the way he wanted it to the hair color everything was perfect. We’ve been going to this this Pacific great clips for some time now and I would most definitely continue service here. Sometimes a wait but it is we’ll worth it.. parking can be some what difficult to find depending on the day and time you go. Coming from 6 hours away from relocating I still come back here to get my sons hair done when we’re in town. Wish I could’ve captured better pics but here’s 2..

Took my daughter for a hair cut we showed pictures and explained what she wanted. The woman shook her Head like she understood and I sat down to wait. When I looked up she had cut short bangs and they were choppy at best and we asked for layers and we got uneven hair. Needless to say my daughter is devastated. I did go over to try to get it corrected and the asst. Manager was really nice trying to figure out how to fix it or get my daughter to like it enough to let it grow out. We had to stop at some point so it didn’t get any worse. I feel like of you don’t know how to do a cut or are confused on what’s being asked you should decline the cut and let another stylist take it or at least let the customer know your unsure and let them decide if they want to allow you to cut it. Honesty is key.

Well I have been going here for a little over two years now. I always generously tip. Not anymore! I checked online to see no wait time. I live 30 seconds away and by the time I got there. Boom! 35 minute wait. Like are you serious!! So I waited from about 3:48 p.m. until 4:40. I waited almost an hour. No haircut and they pushed people in front of my spot in line when they came in complaining about checking in online. Also the “hairdressers” working felt more obligated to go on smoke breaks and count their tips instead.
