The sweetest hairdresser ever I had. It was her birthday and she was such a nice person. I was so happy the great clips and Strongsville at the greens were open later. I was happy with my hairdresser and with my haircut. I highly recommend it here. I went there on December 15th 2022.

Honestly, I’m disappointed. We’ve been growing my son’s hair out for a long time and I came in for a trim and some layers to make the longer cut lay nice. I explained we wanted the length kept just a trim and some layers. We walked out with short hair. Now we are back at square one with growing it out.

This is why you should read the reviews before you go places. Every time I leave a great clips I always tell myself I’m not going back yet I still do. Well I am officially done with this place. The “stylist” ( her name was Paige) I had today must of been in a hurry to get me out of there. I have short hair as it is, so it’s an easy cut. I asked if she can cut a little more on the sides and she shrugged and hurried up and did it. I asked before I was finished if she can just wet my hair, she grabbed the bottle, did a half of spray and said “there”. I STILL tipped her but felt I needed to express to SOMEBODY my frustrations. So sad. Hope you treat your next customer nicer Miss Paige.
