Last 2 time I explained what I wanted and did not listen, mess up my hair style. For years I had one girl I went all the time and always did what I wanted, but she retired. Went same place and didn’t like the cut,try another location and did do what I asked for. Price is fair specifically for senior. Guess have to try another location.

More than anything I love the app. Registering ahead of time and knowing the wait times has made Great Clips our default haircut destination. I purchased the discounted $10.99 haircut gift card and sadly have to bring cash for tips, but it’s worth the inconvenience for discount cuts. Coupons come regularly enough that I’m almost never paying fill price which keeps us coming back.

Been here 4 times and the quality of the cut is always hit or miss. The last two visits have been very poor quality. For $16 + tip they spend about 5 minutes on me. Very little effort or care felt put into the cut. Service is very prompt but I did not feel the stylist cared much at all about the cut and I felt as though I was a burden.
