This was my number one choice for hair cut from last 5 years. I left parma one year back but still coming here after driving 20 miles. Today i went there by online checkin and they said we have power issue so closing early. When i was parking my car I noticed there was power as soon as i tried to enter someone shutdown power and said power issue. There was power other businesses next to. So i am not understanding how only this shop having power issue only. I drove for almost 30 minutes and came here. This is insane. Stop lying and treat your customer equally. I am not coming back to you guys.

Went to the parma heights ohio location and Theresa was FANTASTIC! My 2.5 yr old has been known to leave with half a haircut because he won’t sit still. The service was nice; I did wait a good long time to get a haircut but there was quite a bit of a wait. When I did get one; it felt rushed and when people are rushed mistakes are made. with the electronic razor it was not paid enough attention to where the stylist was cutting and I was cut on my scar from tmj surgery near the front top of my ear and behind my ear not even on my scalp but on my skin. It is quite sore and has been, but I will manage. The only thing I would suggest in the future is that stylists be mindful in the future to not just myself but other people. I may be the only one with TMJ scars but there are other people with sensitive scalps and even diabetics that are far more sensitive to getting open wounds.

This is definitely my favorite spot to take myself and kids for haircuts. It’s only $14 for adult cuts and somewhere around $10 for kids( I don’t remember exact kids price). Over the summer I decided to chop off my long hair and was hesitant going here instead of a pricey salon. I made sure to ask upfront which girl was best at short haircuts and they had no problem accommodating me. The girl did a FANTASTIC job! I went back a couple of months ago for the same cut but this time went with whoever was available first, which was a big mistake. I didn’t want to complain but after a week went by I couldn’t stand how bad my hair looked and asked if someone could fix it. They said they have a 2week free fix policy( thank God!) Had me come in right away, hooked me up with a girl thats best at short haircuts and I left a very happy person with the hair I wanted!

Critical: QualityI’m not typically one to complain and leave bad reviews and I get this is a lower end hair place but this is awful.. I got my hair washed and a slight trim. Dont usually go to places like this but figured how could you mess up a trim that bad?? I go home to dry/style it and realized how bad it really was. I recently did online check-in at this salon. There was a guy waiting for a cut; all three stylists were busy. I wasn’t told anyone was ahead of me. The guy got called, and I was taken aback because , like I said, I wasn’t told anyone was ahead of me. Another customer arrived, checked in, sat down. I didn’t hear that customer say they did online check-in, but when a stylist became available, she called the woman’s name and proceeded to have a somewhat familiar-type conversation with her. I didn’t want to cause any drama, so said nothing; however, I wasn’t pleased with how I was treated. I’ll give this salon one more shot with online check-in, but if I get the same treatment, I’m going to start using a different place. My haircut was fine, just how I was kept waiting instead of being waited on when it was my time is the issue.
