My family grew up in Fairview and has been going to this location for years. My husband got a hair cut here today. It was completely uneven and when my husband told the manager, Troy, he was very rude & made us leave. All my husband said was that the sides weren’t even…which they weren’t. Very disappointed. The women working seemed very nice but I am surprised Troy is the manager with the way he handled the situation. I even went back to try to see if someone would fix his hair and the Troy got very rude & was not willing to talk to me. Very unprofessional. Will not be coming back.

Don’t do this to your hair. This place is a chop shop. They spend less than 5 minutes on a haircut. The stylists cut both my boys hair much shorter than we requested. I even showed them a picture of what I wanted. Additionally they were asking all patrons to pay by cash only even though the credit card machine was working. Shady.

I went to this location back in February. I asked for a shoulder length cut. The guy confirms the length with me, then starts at the nape of neck where he cuts the hair to be less than an inch long. It’s now July and I still can’t put my hair fully in a ponytail without bobby pins. The rest of it was a little shorter than we discussed and definitely uneven, but hair grows back so not worried about that. Not being able to properly put my hair up all the way for the last six months has been a nightmare though….

One of the hairdresser that worked the day I went in was extremely rude and didn’t want to be bothered with trying to help me. I refused her for cutting my hair. The last time I was there she had messed up the haircut. The hairdresser that did my hair this time did a great job she actually did what I had asked.
