I will never be back. I get around my ears and neck trimmed with the clippers as I’m growing out the rest of my hair. I’ve been told before that this is considered a hair cut even though it does not take them more than 5 minutes of me in the chair and charged $17. Meanwhile, I’m asked to pull my hair up as opposed to the employee using the clips they have to hold my hair out of the way. Because they can see better and know how / where to clip and hold sections back. The girl today clearly took a chuck of longer hair out as she didn’t use a comb to separate the lines from long to short hair. She didnt have any attention to detail and seemed to just quickly run the clippers through. Didn’t use a comb to straighten out the hair around my ears when using the clippers so she missed sections. Then she brushed the hair from the back of my neck with her hand. Not a duster or even a towel. Used her bare hand. I will be gladly going anywhere else from now on. I wouldn’t be writing this review if the care was given for the amount charged, but for the lack of effort, id be happier paying more to get someone to actually give the proper service.

Nicole and the ladies there know their stuff. Fast, friendly and great stylists at an affordable price…what more do ya need?I reccomend checking in online. Otherwise you will be waiting around with PC challenged or rushed customers. Not necessarily a bad thing, just not efficient.

i’ve gone to this place before and they do an okay job but this time it was bad and i will never return to this place again. i specifically told her i was trying to grow out my hair and not to trim the sides. she listened at first and then decided to sciccor cut it super short without saying anything to me and then also ended up cutting the top short too. her idea of growing hair out is to take an entire inch off the top and she didn’t even do a good job of it. worst haircut i’ve ever had in my life. seriously dissapointed and i will find a new place

When I was getting my haircut, it felt like the woman who cut my hair was trying to get the job done as quickly as possible and did not want to do a thorough job. However, the haircut turned out pretty good, but not as good as it normally does at the other Great Clips I go to. I would prefer to get my haircut at another location after my experience, but overall the haircut was alright.
