Critical: QualityI went to get my 1 and a half your old sons hair trimmed here and I was told she could not finish my sons hair because he was moving to much which he was moving but not bad enough to not continue. She cut his bangs way to short and so crooked and cut the one side of his hair and not the other. She cut him and I was very frustrated and upset so we left. When I got to my car I cried because I have never experienced such a horrible experience at a hair place and I felt so bad for my son because I took him to get his hair cut there and she messed it up so bad. I went to get my 1 and a half your old sons hair trimmed here and I was told she could not finish my sons hair because he was moving to much which he was moving but not bad enough to not continue. She cut his bangs way to short and so crooked and cut the one side of his hair and not the other. She cut him and I was very frustrated and upset so we left. It seems great clips offers discounts and coupons. I check on Google and they always say to call and check with your local great clips to see what they are accepting and their code. That’s a laugh. I don’t care which facility you call…the manager is never there, the girl answering the phone has no clue, she asks everyone there and tells me they aren’t accepting any great clip coupons. This all must be a joke. We are changing to a different hair salon where their workers aren’t so nasty and condescending to it’s customers.

Back to back awful haircuts. Been going to Great Clips for about 20 years and never had my hair cut by someone more careless and in a hurry. The same person twice in a row. I tried my best to be polite but I asked her to make a note to have someone else cut my hair in the future. She was obviously offended and then called me rude and guaranteed she would not cut my hair next time. I’ve literally never written a review or had the urge to complain but this was just too much. They’ve likely lost a long time customer.

We were in and out in 10 minutes. Julie did a great job with my 4 year old, the cut looks perfect and you can just tell – she’s good with the kiddos! Fantastic experience, will be our go-to for boys haircuts.

I can not recommend this location more!!! Julie is wonderful- she cuts our 3 yr old’s hair. He don’t like his hair cut at all… he will scream, etc. By the time Julie is finished, he is smiling and happy. She has a special way with kids.

This Great Clips is wonderful. Julie and the entire staff are awesome with toddlers. Our 3 year old is terrified when we tell him, it’s time for a haircut. Julie is so patient with our son. He’s crying when we get there and by the end of his haircut his laughing and smiling,enjoying the experience. I would definitely recommend anyone who has toddlers to go here. Best place ever.
