All stylists always nice, listen to what you want and do a good job. I always use app for online check in. Get in and out in 30 mins, usually less. I live 10 mins from salon so 15 min notification text is great!!

Online check in is a joke. Estimated wait time changes consistently then you have to do a second check in when you get there. I waited 30 minutes for a haircut I didn’t even get. Because I didn’t want to wait an additional 25 minutes. Haircut

This was a horrible experience. They need to make sure that their new people actually know how to cut hair. I went and I got my hair done and I have bald spots and she cut my hair way to short. She also left long hair on the back of my head. I am now being made fun of at school. She knows nothing. My hair is now ruined and I have to wait to grow it back. And I even showed her a picture and she still failed. She asked multiple times and I showed her and she failed. I am very mad. I do not recommend new starters or people who are just learning. I didn’t know until my dad told me that she just started. I would rather have someone that can actually cut my hair then someone making my head look like a cow pattern. There is this line on the back of my head and people are calling me names. I absolutely hate this place.
