I wanted an inch off all over with my sides shaved and pointed sideburns. The hairstylist, Nikki, completely ignored me despite having a picture and took off six inches and didn’t even section off my hair to shave the sides and took off my side burns entirely. I can’t stand to live any longer now that my beauty has been stolen.

We will never return to this location because of Pam’s horrible attitude. My daughter and I were appalled due to her rudeness and glaring dirty looks! We had waited 25 minutes past our promised online check-in time, and when I asked about it, she snapped at me then proceeded to ignore me until she was back with her client. Then she continued to stare at us with her dirty looks, making us very uncomfortable. She needs to be guided as to how to deal with people.

Incredibly rude to my 4 year old. He was crying and anxious about his haircut. Stylist kept exchanging looks with her coworkers and being annoyed by him. When he said he wanted to leave she tore the cape off of him and said “okay then leave” very rudely. I understand it can be frustrating to deal with him while he’s upset but there should be no reason he had to be spoken to like that. Haircut is also uneven you can tell she didn’t care about how it looked. When we called the store 10 minutes later to complain they said they “couldn’t remember us”. Very disappointed will not return.

Dont trust online check in, just a gimmick.Said 15 minutes wait, checked in, arrived in 15 minutes and was told 4 ahead of me, another 30 minutes wait. I had to leave, will try again later.

Got my son a hair cut for an up coming wedding. He got a fade with it long on top, that allows a comb over. They lined up his neck and sideburns perfectly. Very pleased mom of a dapper young man!

Horrible attitudes at this salon. Utilized their call ahead app and was advised to arrive in 68 minutes. Arrived in 55 minutes and they checked me in advising I’d be next. 10 minutes later another guy arrived and sat down. A rough looking older stylist finished with a customer and then said “Chris did you check in on line”? He responded yes and she said come on back and she began cutting his hair. I advised her to take me off their list as I checked in over an hour ago and I’m certain he didn’t check in before me. I further advised her that she didn’t acknowledge me nor did she check the list to even see when I checked in? I am certain this lady is simply racist and the fact that I’m half Puerto Rican she simply ignored me and took a customer she knew who arrived 10 minutes after I did. I then walked out of this racist salon.

Pam did not cut my hair the way that I asked her. I showed her pictures and she quickly glanced and looked away and started cutting my hair saying yeah I know what that is I know what you want. Start cutting my hair and suddenly I had barely any here on the top of my head. Not close to what I wanted or asked for. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. I will never go to them again
