Called here to ask if any of the stylists would be willing to wear a mask. I explained that I understand they’re no longer required, but I have a neuromuscular disorder and use a wheelchair (which I mentioned on the phone). He (James) said “no” before I said I was in a wheelchair and then “just no” after. Nothing nice about this interaction even though I would’ve accepted that they wouldn’t do it, if you can at least be somewhat apologetic. Won’t go here again. And I tip around 100%, so I hope they’re good with losing a good tipper. Also lost my mom and my friend who was here during the call because they’re never going back either. Work on your customer service. “No, I’m sorry” would have sufficed.

Sammie was nice but unfortunately gave me the worst haircut of my life. Left side of my hair was a full two to three inches longer than the right. Had to spend 2 hours trying to even it out and will have to go somewhere to get it fixed.

I had gone to this location over the weekend. They’re supposed to open at 9am. They didn’t open the door until 9:15. There was one other person standing outside and myself. The two girls inside didn’t even acknowledge we were outside and were just setting up their stations and putting towels away. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Unacceptable behavior and to not be open at the time you’re supposed to be causes great issues and causes major customer service issues. I’ve since deleted the app and will no longer use Great Clips.
