I had hair down past my chest and asked for an inverted cut. She said she couldn’t do that so pick something else, so I asked for an inch off of dead ends and she literally cut it into a bob. Didn’t wash my hair either, and the cut didn’t even last 10 minutes. I was so upset and will never ever return here again. I don’t even want to speak to management because this place can’t even cut hair right.

Definitely a great place for a quick cut! Always friendly staff and usually a quick in-and-out experience! I use the app and “check-in” before I go every time and the wait time provided is typically pretty accurate. A men’s cut is under $20 and I average less than 20 minutes in there.
