My son just had the worst experience at the Great Clips in Oak point Amherst, Ohio. Molly mistaked his notes with my husband’s notes and cut all his hair off. He told the girl what he wanted, but she still only followed the instructions in the notes. She didn’t use common sense, she only followed notes like a robot. So upset, she ruined a 15 years old hair just before the holidays. Terrible experience from a real bad hairdresser.

Asked for a low fade with one inch off the top. Gave me a high and tight with three inches off the top….Thanks for the boot cut. Didnt understand what a comb over was and cut so low that it was impossible to style. Screwed up my kids hair. You have gone down hill and my family will no longer use this establishment. Haircut

Critical: ProfessionalismI went in on 11/27/2021 in the afternoon. Checked in online and when I got there they were not to busy. Unfortunately the first stylist was not excited to see me I may have disturbed her and she had an attitude. She called my name I said Hello and didn’t get a response. Then I said I would like a shampoo service and she ignored me so I repeated myself and I asked her did she have an attitude? And she rolled her eyes and rudely said no. At that point I asked for another stylist. She went to the back and summoned a co worker talked about me and kept pointing and rolling her eyes. Then the young lady she was gossiping about me to called my name 20 minutes later and didn’t say hello and took me to get my hair washed. Didn’t speak to me and had long nails and scratched my head as she did my hair and it hurt . Took me to her chair didn’t speak and had a rude attitude also. I had to force her to speak to me. I don’t care what took place prior to her she should of been polite and nice as I was being to her. I didn’t take out anything on her cause of her co worker. I promise I will never visit there again and professionalism and politeness should be number one. I didn’t force either of them to choose that job.
