I really don’t like to complain because I have had some pretty good service at this great clips. The last time that I had my hair trimmed I thought that it was understood from my previous haircuts that I have several cowlicks so my hair cannot be cut to short. I know that my hair will grow back but in the meantime my hair is unruly and sticking out everywhere because it was cut too short. I am very particular about my hair because I feel that if my hair looks good then I feel good.I am not sure if I will use Great Clips again because of this.

The haircut itself was very good. 1) hair on ears, and eyebrows weren’t cut. And if I’m not mistaken I was charged for regular haircut not the senior price. I’m 72 It’s my own fault for not asking about it but the girls need to be more careful. I’ll still go to Great Cuts just maybe not that one. Haircut

5/26/2022 at 6:10pm. Walked in about 5 minutes ago. I was spoken to as if I was an inconvenience. I was not greeted with a hello. I was asked if I needed a hair cut. Then asked for a phone number, following my name. There was two stylist and only one client in a chair. I was the only one waiting. Another gentleman walked in checked in and was taken by the second stylist. I walked to the counter and was asked If I needed checked in. I replied no, that I was already checked in. I was then told I had to wait even longer (5min longer). Now if your going to give a good quality cut, it’s not done in 5 minutes. I too hold a COSM. The staff was extremely unprofessional and hold no integrity. They need to train with customer service professionals and gain some morals on how to communicate towards those who stop in. However, the location was clean.

They didn’t clean anything between the client before me and me. Hair still on the chair when she asked me to sit in it. She didnt clean her scissors just brushed them off. She did use a new comb but put it on the hair covered work station before using it on me.

Probably won’t be going back. Got 2 cuts. Last time haircuts was good. This time the lady didn’t do it right at all. Asked for a trim on the top and she cut it way short messed up sideburns too. The guy who cut the other hair did good ask questions if it was short enough or not and adjusted to the liking.

It was cheap at 4.99 but at first the hairstylist was kind of rude but then was a little nicer so I’m not sure if it was just her personality but anyways I have to fix my grandsons hair as it is uneven and some long straggling pieces. It should of been shorter on the side and a hard part with a lot of texture like I asked for. But anyways I go to pay and I tell her to keep a couple meaning 2.00 but out of 10 I get 1.00 back so she thought she was entitled to a 4.00 tip on a 5.00 haircut that needs to be fixed. I will not ever go back there and I will suggest others go elsewhere. If you have a good experience I’m glad but ours was not.

Took my boys decided we would try it while they had $4.99 hair cuts for the grand opening. Wong be going back. They had terrible customer services. The hair stylist seem to not have much experience. Left long peices of hair. Cut one side burn but not the other. Didn’t clean the neck or around the ears. My boys get a comb over with a hard part but didn’t get the part. They said it was bad lighting. I had to come home and fix what I could.
