I loved this last visit to Great Clips. Normally, I go in fearful, worried we will leave with botched cuts. This time, I went in for a back-to-school cut for my daughter. I knew instantly I would be happy with the cut the way the hairdresser observed my daughter’s hair and layers. She knew exactly what I was asking for. I could tell she knew what she was doing and that made all the difference. They were very professional and had very good guidelines for keeping COVID at bay by meeting customers outside, and only allowing in those who were getting cuts, or parents who were waiting on children. I will return to this location on Talmadge again!

I always have a very good experience when I go to Great Clips to get my hair done. They are very conscientious about listening to what I want and how I want my hair done. So I would recommend it to anybody that decides to get their haircut. It’s located on Glendale next to the T-Mobile.

Sign says open at 9am. There is a stylist inside cutting hair. Door is locked, it’s 10:45am. She won’t even come to the door to let us know if she can cut my sons hair or not, just looking at us through the window. Will go somewhere else and won’t attempt to try them again. No customer service skills.

Last weekend husband took our two boys into get their hair cut. Both were in and out in less than 10 minutes and haircuts looked TERRIBLE. Choppy as could be. No layers were blended. Lines weren’t straight. Random long pieces of hair on their head. I would go to another location.
