Critical: QualityThe lady that” cut” my grandsons hair, should never be allowed to cut hair. EVER! It is the worst cut I’ve ever seen. Thank goodness hair grows back. My grandson has beautiful long hair, and it’s now buzzed to his head with the shortest bang cut in the history of bangs. I could have done it better myself. Critical: QualityCassidy was professional and read what type of haircut I normally get and verified it with me.My haircut is one of the worst cuts I have ever received,. I’m not sure if she knows exactly how to blend hair to even the transition or if she lacks the tools to do this correctly. She didn’t have thinning shears which aren’t required for blending hair but helps the less experienced barber to achieve a satisfactory blend. Instead she kept cutting away at my hair until I had a very uneven cut on both sides of my head with gouges cut out.I paid for my haircut and gave Casdidy a $2 tip because I do not believe she was intentionally giving me a bad haircut.I recommend that Great Clips go to any company location that has received an adverse rating and personally verify why the rating was given and see if training the employee or helping them get tools that may help the employee improve performance which will improve customer satisfaction and increased revenue for that location.My final thought,It is hit or miss at this location as to what quality of haircut you will receive, the last cut I had at this location was very good but since you can’t request a certain barber/stylist you have to take whomever is available after waiting 45 minutes.I can honestly say that I am very embarrassed with this haircut and don’t want to go out in public without a hat on to cover up this mess of a butcher job!!!! She then cut my hair completely wrong and now my hair is butchered. On top of that, all the hairdressers are completely unprofessional.
