I got such an awful haircut from this place. They don’t know what they are doing here. The girl that cut my hair didn’t even TRY to make everything even. My hair came out extremely choppy, and the layering was messed up. Do you even train your employees here? It seems like it was her first time even using a pair of scissors.

My cut was very uneven, the stylist didn’t say 1 word to me during the cut. She looked like she looked very uninterested, in what she was doing. She combed my hair straight back, crouched down, and just cut it ‘straight across’ the bottom, though it isn’t straight at all. I hadn’t had my hair cut in 8 years, and just wanted the dead stuff gone. She wasn’t even going to touch the front of my hair, until I told her to, once she started blow drying. I contacted them to get it fixed & they assured me they could, and the ‘miss. Dawn’ who had been there 15+ years would be there, along with a couple other stylist. So I scheduled for my spot, & when I got there, it was still the same one from the day before, and another young girl who looked to have just started. She was also very unsure of herself & the cut she was working on..so I decided to leave. This isn’t the first time this has happened (the first time they waited til my cut was finished to tell me that the girl was a a student apprentice & they would have someone come check my hair, which resulted in it being way shorter than I wanted, even with understanding on my part). Sorry to be a Karen but if you let your client walk out like that, it’s a problem.

Never good always ok. Never got the same person twice so of course you can’t get the same cut twice. I stopped going here. I get a vary simple cut and I don’t think I have ever walked out actually happy other then being happy it was better then when I walked in.

This has possibly been one of the worst haircut experiences that I have ever had. Firstly, I was not acknowledged when I walked in so even though I was first on the list since I checked in prior, people who entered the store before me were being helped out first. 30 minutes went by before I had to stand up and let the hair stylists know that I was in the store and actually first on the list. What really had bothered me however was the quality of my haircut. None of the directions that were listed in my file were followed, the tapering of my sides were not blended and unevenly cut throughout, and the stylist even forgot to cut one of my sideburns! She seemed to be in a rush the entire time, so I am not surprised that my haircut was so horribly done. I had to correct the mistakes the best I could when I returned home.

Excellent work!! We checked in online, and were immediately helped when we arrived. We even added an extra haircut and there were no problems. We all loved our cuts, and the girls were very sweet!! Thank you!!
