I chose to come to this location because it had almost 5 stars on Google, but if they treat other customers the way they treated my sister I’m not sure how they have anything higher than 1 star. I came to this location with my sister and we were both just getting haircuts. An older woman (maybe the manager?) was cutting my hair and a younger woman (possibly training?) was cutting my sister’s. When my sister told the younger stylist what she wanted for her cut, the older stylist came over and pretty much tore into my sister. She told her that with how her hair looked now, if she did get the layers she wanted, it would look awful. She tore into my sister in the most unprofessional way for a good 5 minutes repeating several times that her hair would look “awful,” “terrible,” and “scraggly.” My sister just got super quiet and say okay to whatever the stylist suggested but I could tell my sister was more than upset and with good reason. As I’m sitting in the waiting area now waiting for her to be finished with her cut, I can tell she’s close to tears. I’m sorry but no matter how damaged my sister’s hair was, even if the stylist thought it wouldn’t look good with how she wanted it cut, the way she treated my sister was DISGUSTING and extremely unprofessional. I will not come back to this location.

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo I’ve been a loyal customer to great clips my whole life. It’s easy and quick. They do a great job up until today. I go in wanting a little trim before college orientation. The lady did a terrible job. I’ve been getting the same cut for my entire life and she is the only one to mess up. It’s an easy cut, nothing fancy. At first she trims my side burns off. They aren’t even at all. It’s not close. She trimmed almost an inch off one and barely off the other side. Secondly, she doesn’t even cut the back of my hair. I noticed when I got home then had to drive across town to fix it because it was so bad. I asked the other woman to fix it because the other one was so bad. She was nice and all, fixed it up perfectly. But today they lost a loyal customer. First time I went I had destiny. She was amazing . Second time I had brittany and it was terrible. She didnt clean her tools after she cut my fathers hair before she did mine. She was rough. She was rushing to cut my hair because she had other customers. Didnt blow off the hair after she was done cutting. Brittany is the worst. But I recommend destiny.

I always go to the one by Kroger on Main Street in Bowling Green for my haircuts now. Im very particular about the quality because it has to be kept to stringent work standards and the staff there are top notch. Props to that manager for running a quality business.
