I did not get the name of the stylist. I just know that she was in the station right behind the register. I went from shoulder length hair to almost a long pixie cut. I was very impressed with her willingness to take the time to consult with me before the actual hair cut. She scrolled through some pictures, made a few suggestions, and continued to do so until a certain cut caught my eye. After discussing my selection, she happily set to work. From the shampoo to the finished style, I was not once dissatisfied. In fact, if they offered color services, I would have scheduled those, as well.

The wait time was long and agonizing 1hr 50min. Only two stylists in today till about 1:15. Staff was curtious and professional just disappointed in the wait time. ( checked in online at 11:00) didn’t get cut till 1:15

One they skipped online check in for two favorites. 2 they have the account information from check in but do not know how to tie it from the checkin. Three the rainbow headed hair cutter is rude. I had to come here but did not expect their company policies to be ignored about not giving favoritism to the people they know over their check in line. I had not even referenced this and had to deal with a rude person.

My husband went in to get a faded hair cut and the did not get a fade. The cut wasn’t short enough, and the woman cutting the hair was rude and didn’t have the knowledge to actually execute the right style of haircut.

Went in all excited with a new style in mind. Had pictures and everything. Stylist told me she wouldn’t do it. So I told her just to take an inch off all around. During the cut she made no effort to make conversation or even apologize for being unable to do the cut I wanted. Waste of 18 dollars. Don’t be a hairstylist with bright vibrant hair and not be creative and offer to help that customer out. Can make or break your tip. In this case break. Pathetic

Great Clips has a good concept, no prior appointments needed. That being said the wait times on a week day late-morning is over an hour and a half. I would recommend checking in before you leave your house.
