I’ve been going to this place even since I move to Columbus 2 years ago. Usually get a fade and myabe some different time to time. I’m usually happy with most of the hair cuts I got now that I know who cuts the best. Always had great conversation with all the Barbers. I do notice some changes so I can say that the traffic of this place has gone up so the wait time is up but hair cut quality is still good *depending on the barber you get. Still clean as usual. I do see from time to time that the cash register computer does go out or off line and I know the barbers are not IT speclist so keep some cash in hand.

Went in for a women’s pixie cut, and I was out the door within 20 minutes. My cut looks great! The stylist took the time to know exactly what I wanted. I went right at open and beat a line, so definitely check in online.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got my hair cut here in July, right before my wedding reception. The lady who cut my hair hacked off a significant chunk of the long part of my hair while she was using the clippers. I saw her do it, but I didn’t realize how bad it truly was until I got home. The thing that makes me really mad is that I gave her the benefit of the doubt that it wasn’t that bad, tipped her, and didn’t say anything. However, the more I think about it, the more I see how unprofessional her behavior was. She should have owned up to her mistake. She should have offered a discount or free haircut. Now, every single day it is a hassle to try and style my hair. To be honest, I’m also mad at myself that I didn’t confront her at the time. But, I just wanted a simple haircut, I didn’t want to confront anyone. 30 minute wait most days so checking in online really helps but this is still pretty fast compared to most hair cut places and their stylists do a good job and a men’s cut is about $18-$20
