If I could leave no stars I would. My daughter, husband and myself went on for haircuts and all three left very unsatisfied. My daughter didn’t even look like she received a trim tut I asked for, my husband asked for nothing to be taken off the top and they cut it so short on top anyways. Mine was the worst I asked for layers and ended up with a female mullet! I emailed support about a refund and received a call back very quick from the store manager and was told to come in for a refund. Once there she herself said my daughters hair didn’t look trimmed or cut at all. Then when I said I wanted a refund for all three haircuts her whole mood changed and said I was thinking to give you a refund for two but now nothing and when I tried to talked she embarrassed me in front of 6 other customers and employees in the store saying I was talking wayyyy to much. And when I asked for the general managers number she refused and went into the back of the store and refused to come back out. I sat there waiting and waiting and she refused to come out. I called customer service and was told someone would definitely call me back. I was calm and respectful and feel humiliated and I had to go get mine and my daughters hair fixed which costed me way more money (with the haircuts and tips) the general manager could at least call me back regarding this problem.

I really wanted to get my hair washed but my stylist was very pregnant and I didn’t feel comfortable asking her to do anything extra. It just seems like she was very tired and not very interested in being there I totally get it being pregnant makes you incredibly tired but it’s still a business Haircut

Came here three separate times, each time worse than the last. All i get is a 3 on the sides and back and a trim on the top and they managed to mess it up each time. First time i thought i got nicked by the trimmer which i just shrugged off, but when i went home i noticed a big cut above my ear from the trimmer and a chunk of hair missing. The gentleman cutting my hair seemed to just want to get the cut over with and rushed it after his smoke break. Second time i went, i thought i would have better luck with someone else, but nope. They conveniently forgot to show me the back of my head with a mirror, and later that day i was told by someone else that they missed patches of hair on the back of my head. The last time I went I wanted to get the top of my head trimmed more than usual, and the lady kept going at it until it was damn near a buzz cut. Each time she asked me if it was good i noticed that it was very uneven, she also missed some parts on the back of my head as well. Wish i wouldve used the money i used to give them a big tip, to go to a quality place. You get what you pay for, I won’t be returning. I recommend this place if you want a yeeyee @$$ haircut.

I wish I would of caught my hair dressers name. She had long brown hair and super nice! I went in for a pretty big chop. My hair was down to the middle of my back. And I cut it up to my shoulders. I asked for layers & SHE DID IT PERFECTLY. this was the first time I truly feel like I absolutely loved a hair cut! I also loved how fast it was! As a mom with two young kids. Getting out and spending hours at a salon isn’t very easy. My haircut was less than 30 mins! everyone in the salon was very nice and communicative. Great job great clips!

Most times okay, the haircuts have been decent. I just got home from my most recent visit, and this haircut is atrocious. I asked for a trim, and showed the guy that was trimming my hair what I wanted. It was cut way too short, but not only that, my hair is patchy. Where my hair was buzzed, there are uneven lengths, and abrasions on my ear from the trimmer. Absolutely the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Do NOT get your hair cut by the male working there.
