Used the app to check in. Only waited about ten minutes to be helped. Rhonda (I think was her name) did a great job cutting my hair. She was extremely personable and carried on conversation well. I will return and ask for her next time I need a hair cut.

Girl who cut my kids hair today seemed annoyed she was blonde with 2 long breads. Didn’t listen to what my son wanted. The hair cut was OK. She just trimmed it pretty much, but it wasn’t what he wanted. I know people have bad days probably Will ask for another person if she is there next time we go.

Disrespectful customer service, asked for a cut, the lady ignore me and did as she wanted, I asked if she cut a little more and she said no. I paid for a service that I did not received, and she even had the nerve to ask for a tip… I would have never believe that people like this can get hire. Every visit i have to great clips makes me want to learn to cut my own hair. Over half of the haircuts i get here i have to fix myself anyways. I asked for a fade and the stylist literally did not understand what a fade was. We spent a half an hour shaving my sides and back a quarter inch shorter each time until she understood, and i still had to finish it off myself.

No one said anything when I walked in. Checked in online and got attitude from an older dark skinned woman that I was supposed to basically check in twice. Maybe if an employee would’ve said something instead of just glaring at me I wouldn’t have had to wait 40+ minutes. 2 stars bc the one that cut my hair was nice.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM GREAT CLIPS. Took my 3 boys here 3 different times for Fades. They did a TERRIBLE job on their cuts each time. I had to keep having them fix their hairline and edge up because it was so slanted and crooked. 4 different ppl had to cut my 10 yr old sons hair and they still messed it up. He walked out butchered. AND they weren’t even real Fades. I do a better job with my eyes closed. They need to get ppl in there that know what they’re doing. Stop messing up ppl hair. THEN I still had to pay full price $55 for them to do such a bad job. Never will I be back.

When I went in I was greeted by a dark skin lady with short curly hair, she takes me back and asked what I want and I already feel uncomfortable because she’s had a really bad attitude and just seemed like she didn’t care. I showed her a picture of what I wanted she looked at it very quickly and said OK a Bob? I said no this is a wolf cut, she says OK and just starts chopping my hair off I wanted it below my shoulders and it was above and I also wanted layers and she didn’t do that. It was just a very uncomfortable experience and very disrespectful definitely not what I wanted and not what I paid for
