I’m mixed black and white, so my hair could be a possible concern on the barber /stylist skill level. So I took a chance and decided to give them a try. I chose to have my cut with a number 1 (my entire head and then lined up) they cut my hair and I was very satisfied! I now go once a week. I normally cut my hair myself but with 3 little kids, I just don’t feel like it anymore! Anyway thanks Great Clips team! Arrived at 4pm. One other person walked in right in front of me. Store empty other then us. 2 staff. One asked if I had signed in online. I had not this time I just happen to be in area. She said there is a 60 minute wait and they close at 6pm. 2 hours later. I said how many in front of me she said 8. I said I guess I could wait then if they do not show up. The one staff seemed to encourage me not to. So I left and waited in parking lot for 30 minutes. Seen the one customer in there leave and no one come till about 30 minutes. I could of been in and out. Yes if people sign in online they can skip the lines but if customers walk up they should be taken. And the store was EMPTY for almost 30 minutes. I will use other stores I guess since this one was not welcoming.

Can’t remember girls name but she was nice(pregnant) I showed her a couple pics told her what i wanted, she kept looking at my grown out hair, nope ignore that and look at my pics, please. But I’m very picky and for a first time with a new stylist she got close. Love my hair short and spiky will see what happens when I wash and style it… Can’t complain everyone was friendly..
