I went in and was treated great but later i had basically a rat tail. the lady i had didn’t cut it even, she left a whole centimeter difference between top and bottom and it doesn’t sound like a lot until it’s on your head. it was super shaggy and i had to cut chunks out myself because it was so uneven. i will never be returning. Frustrated with the inconsistency of getting a haircut here. I’ve been a customer for many years with no problems – go in, get a magazine, get my haircut according to the “notes.” For the past year there have been too many times (5-6) when the “notes” aren’t read and/or followed. Today I spoke with the tech about how I liked my hair and referenced the “notes” she had on the counter. I saw her look at them. Then, looked up to see her cutting my hair wrong (too short) and asked what she was doing. Her comments suggested she misinterpreted the “notes” and I again referenced our discussion before she began cutting. She apologized. Tech then asked further questions about how I wanted my hair cut – which is all in the “notes” and I had stated the most important things to do several times today (thin & layer.) Very frustrating. I have reviewed these “notes” several times over the past year – but today she tells me she rewrote them to get them “right.” I like the convenience of the shop, but do not know what makes this so hard in the past year.

Very good service, also very nice people! Only critique would be if your a man or woman getting a Fade, be very specific on how high you want it. I’m the type of person who always changes on my haircut and you got to let that be known because they get a printout from the last time you were there with the type of haircut you got then. Other than that I highly recommended!

After waiting 15 minutes the 3rd person comes in that had checked in on line. Somehow she gets put ahead of me. And I get the worst stylist in the place. I walked out when I saw who I was getting. I have used this location for years. The last haircut I got from a gentleman there was horrific. I asked to have one inch taken off and I think he left one inch of hair. I have a hunk out of the back my husband had to try to straighten it out. It is so uneven. I would have gone back into the store to have it fixed but I wouldn’t have any hair left. He was very nice but he needs to go back to school to learn more how to cut hair.
