Definitely never going back to this location and maybe not another great clips after this. My hair was cut shorter than I asked so now it won’t all tie up into a ponytail like I need for working out or working in my lab. The quality of the cut, shampoo, and even drying after was poor. It was like she was more focused on speed (15 minutes total) than doing a decent job. It was even still damp and frizzy at the end and somehow she said it was pretty. I’ve never had a cut before that made me not want to leave the house until it grows out enough to get it fixed.

Its pretty much what I expect from great clips. Sometimes the haircut turns out good and sometimes I get home and take a closer look and realize there are a lot of patches and uneven cuts. A couple of times I’ve had to go back and have them fix it. Luckily, I live close by and it hasn’t been a big deal and they give me a gift card as compensation. I need to start remembering the names of the stylists that do a good job so I can request them more often. I also usually try to wait until I get a coupon in one of those coupon packs they send in the mail.

The old lady needs to go! Very unfriendly, all she did was yell at my kids. Don’t go by the hair products….dont sit in the chair… If you are that unhappy with your job and can’t be nice to your customers, especially when your customer is a 5 year old boy, than it is time to go!!! Will never be coming back to this location ever again!! Very irritated right now. Do better.

Worst experience. I had gotten a hair cut and when I got home I had realized the lady who cut my hair completely butchered it. There was a huge chunk of my hair missing in the back of my head. I went back to get it fixed and the lady who cut my hair claimed she didn’t do it but then seconds later said she remembered doing it and it looked fine to her. Another lady tried her best to fix my hair with what she could do but it is still not great. Do not recommend.

I requested a certain person to cut my hair,, because I like the way she listen and cut my hair the way I wanted it. When I came back this time, I was treated differently. she stated my hair was the way it was in a picture that I showed her. But it was not. She suggested a different cut and I agreed because I knew by her attitude I was not going to get what I asked for. So, not to have a debate with her. I asked her to thin out my hair a little more, because it felt heavy and she said it was not and huffed at me. But she did what i asked.. Not good service if customer can not request what they want. At check out,I had a discount coupon and by her facial expression, I dont think she liked that.. i gave the money i saved and add it to her tip. I was generous even though i left feeling like i was not deserving of having my hair cut the way i wanted it..

Ashley A. was the person who cut my hair. I had it all hacked to pieces.I was very skeptical that anyone could fix my hacked up hair. However, I was quite relieved she did an exceptional job!! She admitted she was very stressed about trying to repair my scissor attacked hair…but I loved the end results!! Way to go Ashley. Next time I try to cut my hair I know exactly who I can go to to fix it LOL
