Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a haircut. Stylist was rough and careless with the tools to the extent I should’ve asked them to relax. Granted, GreatClips decided to keep this one location open and only staff 2 people for an entire day, so I get it. The employees should be treated better for the services they provide. Eat the dirt, GreatClips. Treat your employees better.
