Staff just doesn’t seem to care about doing a good job for their customers. They were rude and just did the bare minimum. My stylist didn’t even listen to my feedback. I mentioned that I like her to do better job blending my hair. Then, She didn’t even acknowledge what said about my hair. She seemed in a hurry to send me out the door. My recent experience really turned me off from using Great Clips in the future.

Almost everytime I get my head shaved (easy enough, no guard buzz it all off) I end up with patches of hair they didn’t cut. Employees are nice but it’s a pain to have to go home and finish my own cut.

This was my first time going to a Great Clips. I am new to Columbus and haven’t found myself a barber yet so I needed to find myself someone to trim my hair. This was an easy walk in without an appointment. I believe my wait was 7 minutes. I’ve waited much longer times for other places before so I was happy about this.

Second time I have reserved time via the app, when I arrive my name is not on the list. The staff says I will be next, however they simply added me to the end of the list and expected me to wait through 7 other haircuts.

The staff seemed nice but the stylist cutting my hair didn’t really listen to how I wanted my hair cut. I didn’t like how it turned out. My boyfriend ended up coming to the same location and ended up with the same hair stylist and he had the same problem. They didn’t listen to how he wanted it and it didn’t turn out well. They were a expierenced hairstylist who has worked in the industry for years, so maybe it’s burnout. Either way I don’t want to risk it again so I’ll be going to another location in the future.

First the guy there turned the seat the other way so I can’t see what he’s doing on the mirror, I told him to just clean up the edges of my beard so he crossed the edges and shaved a lot of it, he lowered the edges and made it looks ugly.
