Did early check-in via website. Arrived 15-minutes early, but was told the website checked me in at a different location. They said I could stay and wait 1.5 hours or could drive 20 minutes out of my way to the other place. I then overheard the ladies talking amongst themselves how this was not the first time this has happened since the website was updated recently. I even checked my browser history to confirm I checked in at Dublin. They made no attempt at remedying the situation and so they lost a customer.

Completely messed up my cut, despite given very explicit instructions on the length (7 on top, 4 on side for a short fade).
