Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueUnfortunately I didn’t get the young lady’s name. But as a father I was on a very strict time line and I had checked in over an hour before and was waiting. I unfortunately went to the counter to inform them I had to leave but was pleased at what happened. My stylist who was told to go on lunch said “let me clean up I can do your haircut and have you out in time “. Unfortunately I didn’t get the young lady’s name. But as a father I was on a very strict time line and I had checked in over an hour before and was waiting. I unfortunately went to the counter to inform them I had to leave but was pleased at what happened. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe lady there doesn’t know how to cut hair. She did not wet my hair before cutting it and left it dry even though I asked her to cut my hair in even straight line. I have wavy hair and it was dry and she would comb it down and I feel the hairs ripping out my scalp. She then when I asked to blow dry she realized she cut half the hair uneven and tries to fix it. The lady there doesn’t know how to cut hair. She did not wet my hair before cutting it and left it dry even though I asked her to cut my hair in even straight line.
