I asked for layers, my hair was all one length and super thick so layers should have rounded it out nicely. I even specified the top layer to be thinnest so it wasn’t as obvious. Please tell me why she thought it was a good idea to cut a THICK HALF of my hair off to the point of no return. I had my glasses off and gasped when I realized what she had done. I don’t even know how I can get this fixed somewhere else without losing the length that took so long to grow, and without looking like I’m some rocker mullet chick. She also cut it in a way that my previously healthy hair now looks like it’s suffered sufficient heat damage (barely use heat).

Since they deleted my boyfriends review. I will make a new one 🙂 THE WORST HAIRCUT HE HAS EVER HAD. He was almost in tears it was horrible. She didn’t even line up his hairline until he mentioned it which is a basic part of a male haircut. Be careful when going here some of these people don’t know what the heck they are doing. I could’ve done a better job myself. Do yourself and your hair a favor and go schedule your hair cut with a REAL barber. And how rude of this company to not only ignore an unsatisfied customer but to delete his review when he was just trying to warn others so they don’t go through the same horrendous experience. Horrible company horrible employees and horrible cuts at your local great clips. We will NEVER return to this location or any other great clips because of how horrible he was treated.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe lady with short blonde hair gave me choppy layers. It took 3 minutes. She messed up my hair in 3 minutes. I asked for layers and that’s it. She gave me mountain ledges. I haven’t gotten my hair cut in years because I know they will mess it up. The only time I do get it cut, they make me look like a sheep that was just shaved. The layers are thick and she didn’t make it blend. Also she YANKED my eyebrow piercing extremely hard. I want my money back after having to look like Quasimodo. This is a photo of it when I got in the car. It looks like a red flapjack is taped to my head. This crazy lady does not know how to cut hair.
