I’ve been going to various Great Clips locations in North Carolina for years so when I moved to Somerset I didn’t think twice about heading to the local Great Clips. The google reviews did have some mixed messages but I’m not overly picky with my hair. The first time I stopped by for a few inches trimmed and a touch up on my layers I thought the stylist did an ok job until I got home and saw the front on both sides was longer then the rest of my hair. I was able to fix it myself but it was disappointing. The second time I decided to give them another try and I’m so glad that I did. It was a different stylist and she did an excellent job! She was so friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns. I’ll definitely be back to Great Clips the next time I need a haircut!

I went to Somerset Great Clips for a fairly simple mid length hair cut (my hair had grown pretty long) and came out with it so short I can’t even put it back into a pony tail. I asked for a A-Line cut and now have a overgrown bowl cut! In no way shape or form did I ask to have that much hair cut, it’s an absolute mess. The employees were constantly complaining about their jobs, co workers and other clients during hair seasons as well. Very unprofessional and frankly a horrendous job cutting hair.

My son was brought into this location with a head full of hair and came out with barely any at all. Regardless of what haircut was asked for he was still basically shaved bald! Blotches over his head and was still made to pay even tho my 10 year old son could have done a better job then your stylist done !! She was very unprofessional and careless ! It may be $12 but we could have went somewhere else with that 12 and had someone way better do it !! I would like a refund and also I would like this complaint to go to corporate because obviously from the reviews this is not a new thing to customers !! This is ridiculous and uncalled for and I am LIVID !!!! My childs hair looks ridiculous!
