I only went to this store due to the fact I was already on 54 and I love the service I get from Great Clips every time. However, this time The person cutting my hair, would literally just sit there and talk about herself. Like she would stop cutting my hair to sit there and talk. I let her know my wife was sitting in the truck waiting. She went to interrupt me and kept talking about herself. I mean, I don’t wanna sound rude or hateful. I like to talk too. However, I’m not trying to spend more than 30mins in your chair, when the other store can do the same cut faster. I suggest they learn how to multi task like the other store.

Critical: QualityMy husband took my son to get his hair cut today and he showed the lady a detailed picture of what he wanted done to his hair. She didn’t listen at all! She went way to short on the sides and back and barely cut the front of his head! If I was there I wouldn’t have paid at all bc this was unprofessional! Do better and listen to your customers!!!!! If I could give 0 star I would! I do not recommend this place for anyone’s teenager wanting a haircut! lady that cut my hair was on the rude side. i kept trying to tell her several times that i only wanted an inch trimmed off equally all over, and she kept saying something about how my hair was 3 inches long (???), or something like that. no clue, honestly. what i requested was pretty straightforward. in the end, she ended up cutting it way shorter than i wanted it. i recommend the frederica great clips if you choose great clips

He told her multiple times that the sides were short enough and she just kept trimming away until you could see his scalp and he hates that.
