You’re playing Russian Roulette everytime you go here. Some of the barbers are great and then others got their certification out of a cereal box. I had to get my wife to clean up all the spots and patches she left. If you find a barber you like, wait for them because its not worth walking out with with polka dots on your head and not finding out till you get home

This was one of the most horrible places I have been to. They are unprofessional, childish. Who seems to be the manager is always giving everyone an attitude. The one who seems to be the assistant manager doesn’t do anything but be on her phone all day and complain. The poor girls in there are over worked, underpaid clearly. The managers are always yelling and arguing with their stylists. I’ve gone to try and get a haircut and no one even bothers to come check me in so I leave. I even witnessed one girl YELL at a mother for the way they had their child’s hair. This place needs to be shut downs

1st know if you check in online, the time doesnt matter at all. You will still wait and people will still jump in front of you. The quality of haircut for 18 dollars is a joke as well. They are more focus on talking and rushing you out the door than giving a proper haircut. They are very lucky Oak grove doesn have a Sports Clip or they would be out of buisness. Maybe its management or poor quality employees but something needs to change.

I went in and they sat me down the lady asked if I wanted to go with my normal 2 and I said no I’m unsure if I wanted it longer this time so she said ok we’ll start with a 4 and go down I said ok and when she cut the clippers on and did that one line I could definitely tell it wasn’t a 4. Before the cut I said I still wanted it long enough to be combed over and I guess she had a total disregard to that cause she cut it down to stubbles.. This is my first time having the experience.

Checked in online which was a 75 minute wait. Once there they took one of our three children to cut their hair. Once finished we would have assumed they would take the next one since they’re all checked in together but that wasn’t the case. We sat confused as they took several others after the first cut so we asked why they didn’t take the next one. They said others are checked in? Lol is this a joke at this point we’re thinking. Right after we get a text message saying they’re now checked in 15 min wait? So clearly maybe only one was checked in on their end and they mistakenly didn’t check the other 2 in. No apologies on the staffs end. Then while waiting, 1 of the staff starts gossiping to one of the other staff about how she didn’t sign up to only work closing shifts. Very unprofessional. I wasn’t pleased. The haircuts which were only trims came out fine but everything else was disorganized.
