Very poor management. Granted I didn’t know they did an online check in but when I got there we were told 90 min. OK. No problem. We were #20 on the list. At 90 minutes we were 10th. No thank you…. staff member was worried about talking with her hands about flying rather than cutting hair. She was a few minutes of non movement.
