For those that don’t know Great Clips…It is a franchise hair care establishment and it is not a guarantee without an appointment the EXACT same haircare provider will be there every time your ready. On my end, the requirements for my late 30’s haircut indignetive to my status of a 20 year marriage and father of 5, I am always pleased with the same requirements that are registered in their company database from the previous sessions I was given service.

Critical: QualityWent in for a soft undercut Pixie with bangs. Showed references and even me with the cut previously. Asked for it much longer to look more similar to the photo I used when I originally had the cut. Got a very aggressive trim was nicked. Was cut so short and choppy. Was parted at my temple which I specifically asked the hairdresser not to do. It’s like a very chopped asymmetrical pixie. The bangs and top are blocky and not feathered or thinned at all. Very uneven as well. It looks like a short unflattering mop on top. Was trimmed so high up and to my scalp. It does not seem fixable at this point unless I go even shorter or buzz it all off which I didn’t want at all. I have been going to this Great Clips for almost four years. I am heart broken and will not be coming back.(first photo is the original references. Two-four is the cut I received. Five is the cut I had wanted when I had it originally but longer. Called to try and make an appointment and the person told me they do not take appointments. Asked if I could walk-in at 6pm or if I would need to come in earlier to make sure I could get my haircut that day. (I work thirds or I would go in earlier.) Person told me 6pm was fine. Walked in at 6pm. Three people ahead of me, with two people working. Was told that they wouldn’t be taking any more haircuts that day.

Very friendly. But in my experience with me and my son they did not take the time to make sure they knew exactly what i wanted. My sons hair looked good but was not what i asked for. My hair (i even showed a picture) was nothing like i asked. At the end the only thing my stylist did that i asked for was thinned my hair. The cut and style itself was nothing like what i showed her.

I forget the ladies name but she cut my nephews hair and mine. Very good with him he is only 3. Plus she said she could do my soon to be 2 year old daughters which she is very sensitive about ppl touching her face. She explained they are very good with kids even kids that have sensory issues. Will definitely go back.
