Apparently as long as they get money, who cares if they provide the service you ask for or customer service of even the lowest standard? My son and husband went in for haircuts today and my husband got a beard trim. They rushed to get both of them out of the chairs and out the doors. My sons hair was still left hanging down his forehead instead of shirt like we had asked and they didn’t even touch my husbands beard. When i called back in to tell them how horrible it was to have sent them out with a halfway preformed service for the ones they did provide, the girl who answered the phone sounded angry to be there. My husband went back in for a beard trim and still was rushed out. They shaved his neck and did not shorten his beard at all. We usually love great clips but today learned not every location is held to the same standards apparently. We will never be back to this joke of a location and will probably be looking for a new place all together

Facility is clean and staff is professional. However, multiple occasions we have used their app to check in ahead of time and when we arrived at our allotted time according to the app have waited another 15-20 mins to be seen. Big League Haircuts has similar prices in the Kroger shopping center and is dependable when it comes to honoring appointment times and estimations for walk ins. They also offer military & service members discounts. Would definitely recommend them over Great Clips.
