I can’t remember the lady’s name who did my hair but thank you so much I love it. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I had brain surgery 3 months ago and she wasn’t grossed out by my scar but she thinned my hair out and gave me an amazing haircut. She was very gentle with me and my hair feels so much better. So thank you. The lady has a tattoo of a straight razor with a comb on her arm.

Sorry for the long review but this had to be shared… I’ve always had a great experience with this Great Clips but today took the cake! I went in for a haircut and, as always, had Kelly cut my hair. We have 5 siblings we’re adopting at home and my wife and I had a rough night finding out their past traumas the day before. Kelly of course cut my hair flawlessly, but most of all she talked to me, asked me questions, let me vent, and treated me like a genuine friend. This “small” gesture made a world of difference in my day! THANK YOU KELLY!!! And also, thanks to all of the other fine ladies that work there who also are always sweet, caring, and genuinely a treat to be around.

I went here for shampoo and blow dry. I booked online. And it showed 33 minutes wait. And I went on time. After going there, they were not pleased to see me as I am Asian. Then they told me I have to wait for another 25 minutes. Though I got a confirmation message and it showed wait minutes of 15 min. Then after waiting for 15 minutes. They were alive all of a sudden and started yelling they can’t do any shampoo, as they have water problem. Which they could have told me earlier. They weren’t dead until then. Then I requested them atleast to do simple style, or blow dry what’ver is easy for them. They completely refused and were not apologetic. If they had no water, and they could not do simple style why were they dumb for 15 minutes. Very very rude and racist people. Mocking people doesn’t make you great. Grow up and learn. Don’t waste peoples time, you will be treated same way by others. Waste.
