I like to think I’m easy to please when it comes to hair, but then again maybe not… My actual hair cut is good-enough for me, but I think it might be shorter in some areas then others. The girl cutting it did not speak a word to me it was very odd. Also I’ve been to a few now so I signed up for thier check in program or something [previously used my dad’s] and I sat there telling her how to spell my name letter by letter and she [a different lady] still messed up.

Melissa was amazing. I showed her a photo and we discussed options for my cut. She was very knowledgeable and professional but also extremely friendly. She also made sure to tell me that if at any time I was unhappy with the cut I was welcome to come back. I actually loved my cut so much that I immediately left picked up my friend and brought her back to get her haircut as well. She too is extremely happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Melissa to any one of my friends or family.

I have curly hair and asked for 2 inches off the front(top length) of my hair and 1½ inches from the back of my top length, this way my hair would be at a slight slant instead of giving me a straight across “mushroom head”. She mentioned something about me having curly hair, then proceeded to use a framing technique meant for STRAIGHT hair. Now there’s random strands of hair in the back of my head that are just as short as my hair in the front, along with long drooping strands so now there’s an uneven cut on the sides of my whole head. As a 15 y/o boy going back to school it’s especially annoying because now I don’t even feel confident in my hair. My hair is uneven and this is not the cut I asked for. At all. This woman completely ruined my entire hairstyle that I have been in love with for years.

Love this place. They do so good on my hair. I get it cut every week here and I’ve had every lady here cut my hair and they have all left me highly satisfied. They all have plenty of experience in this field and deliver the most expected results. I will continue to get my hair cut here for the rest of my life. They are also so friendly and careful. If your trying to avoid any wait time then I suggest that you download the great clips app and you can book your appointment on there from home to make things easier that way when you get there your ready to be seen.

Critical: QualityI don’t know what it is about Great Clips but it really is a coin toss in terms of whether you’re gonna get a good haircut or a terrible one. With this particular location, I came in biweekly to see the same stylist until she quit. Tried three different stylists after her and each time they did a subpar job.My girlfriend finally confronted me (gently) and said it’s time to go to a quality stylist, and she’s right. Will be twice the price (at least) but at least my hair will look good.They’ve also raised their prices yet again. I give up, gave them plenty of chances.Edit: I see this location also uses the same generic template to respond to complaints.
