I went in for a haircut and while the staff was friendly, the entire time I was in there they were bashing an assumed coworker publicly. The lady that cut my hair also didn’t listen to what I wanted for my haircut in almost any way what so ever. My hair was cut to 1/3 of the length that I wanted in most spots and there are a number of patches she missed. I’m definitely not going to go back any time soon

Critical: ProfessionalismI tried for a week to just get 4” of hair cut off- no shampoo or blow dry or anything just cut. They changed hours and posted new on door so went back next day instead of stated hour closing 3 hrs earlier and couldn’t take me. Would not make appt for next day. Called next day don’t take appointments over phone have to come in. At that time there was a 1 1/2 hr wait. I went to Reflections on Main and they took me an hr later. Great cut! Lady asked if we checked in online, I said no and she said they were booked for the rest of the day.
