They do an amazing job with my son. He has a rough time with hair cuts: he hates getting hair on his neck. The stylist was super kind to him and kept wiping his neck so he wouldn’t get itchy. He asked for a spiked hair and she obliged.

Lacy was phenomenal. Best haircut I’ve had in a long time. So pleased! Scheduling was easy. Wait time online was accurate. Waited only a minute or so after arriving while the station was being sanitized. Lacy was super friendly and attentive. She updated my notes to better reflect what I want/like. The place was clean and welcoming. It was a great experience from online scheduling long before I even stepped into the shop/salon all the way through to follow-up response post-visit. Will definitely be back for my next cut (and the one after that and the one after that…).

Angie was great. She took the time to ask me exactly how I wanted my hair cut and to update my requested cut in the computer so I can continue to get the same one in the future. All the staff were very kind, the place was clean, and each station was sanitized after each guest. I will definitely be back to this Great Clips location.

Always go ahead to there website and check in and get a time so you want have to wait or be turned away because they can get busy that being said you want be disappointed the staff is very kid friendly and cute my 3 kids hair super cute and the price is reasonable plus they usually send you coupons in the mail and email. There is currently 5.00 off on Facebook. If you search them then go back through your feed you should see it.

I think the entire Great Clips Franchise has totally lost it’s vision on giving a great hair cut, in an efficient time and also at a great price. I’ve gotten hair cuts at five other locations that were mostly in Cincinnati(they were okay haircuts but not good enough to return), but at this location I received probably the worst hair cut of my life. No exaggeration. I told the lady what I wanted, and she did the opposite. The top of my head looked chopped and the sides were uneven. It was so bad everyone at my workplace noticed and asked where I got my haircut so they wouldn’t make the same mistake and go there. It was absolutely atrocious. To say the least I really wanted to give the franchise a shot, trying multiple locations but they are all the same.

Casey is by far the best hair stylist I’ve ever had at a great clips. I was at a loss for awhile because they kept messing my haircuts up. Then I went to mall rd Florence great clips and Casey restored my faith in being able to get my hair cut right. She works Saturday’s. Highly recommended.
