I take my son here to get his hair cut and the staff is friendly and the establishment is usually clean. No frills or thrills, just a decent hair cut at a decent price. If you’re planning on going here, do yourself a favor and check in online. Seems like every time we’re there several people get turned away because the wait time would be past closing.

Very challenging for a handicapped person who uses a wheelchair. There is no wheelchair entryway or parking nearby. There are only stairs to enter this facility. Extremely hard for an elderly person who uses a wheelchair or any type of walker or walking assistance. The only type of parking is a good distance from the front door and for an elderly person who uses a walker and is on oxygen it’s not easily accessible. Needs to have better accessibility for handicapped/elderly people!!!

I went in and was asked if I had checked in online. I replied no, mind you no one else was there. I was told she had to wait a few minutes and went to the back. So as I left after waiting close to 10 minutes, she could’ve had my hair almost completely cut, she started to slowly come to the front. I left. Rudeness will never keep you customers! I went to another location where I was treated super kind and she listened to me and not be a jerk. I guess finding Lacey at the new location was a real blessing!!! Sorry that Great Clips never responds to emails.

Always come out with a solid hair cut and a decent price. The best thing about great clips in my opinion is that you can schedule your cut online right before you leave the house. By the time you arrive your chair with the stylist is waiting on you.
