My son showed the stylist a photo of the specific cut he wanted and was very clear in the length he wanted to keep. The stylist told him that would be no problem then proceeded to cut most of his hair off leaving a tuft of it on top. She then put gel in it to try and get it to resemble something close to what he asked for but it was obvious she had just cut away far, far too much hair. I’ve never expected a stylist to be able to match a photograph perfectly but let me be clear: she wasn’t even CLOSE. Now my son has a haircut so short and cut in a specific way, he can’t get it to look anything different than how she styled it. This place has been hit or miss for a while now but this was just incompetence or carelessness. Never coming back here.

Had my head shaved today by a so called hair dresser that had zero finesse. My head was literally bobbing back and forth she was pressing so hard against my head. I even tried to give her a hint by stating, this doesn’t look like a fade. She replied, “I’m not finished yet”. When she asked me, if I wanted her to do my ears, I replied with, no I’ll do it myself when I get home, bc I could have buzzed my own head. Her reply, “we’ll that’s a number 3”. Why lie? She used a number 1 all the way up… my head looks lopsided. This is the second cut I’ve gotten here and never again.
